Nikki Grandjean
Nikki found yoga in 2013 through her love for movement. Over time, it became a way of being, a guide for moving through life with greater ease. Nikki’s desire to learn more led her to complete a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in early 2018. This training sparked a fire in her to dive deeper onto the path of yoga leading her to Living Peace Yoga for a further 200 hour training.
“Yoga has had such a profound impact on my life, it has become part of me and has helped me grow and evolve in such a beautiful way. Yoga is a gift I am honoured to share.”
Yoga has been a way of finding truth and understanding in her life and she is passionate about sharing this gift with others. Her intention for teaching is to provide a safe space for you to explore your body, free your mind and know your spirit.
Nikki has a special interest in pre and postnatal yoga and using the tools yoga can offer to support a woman physically, emotionally and spiritually through the transformational journey of pregnancy and motherhood.
