Yoga Nidra – Relaxation and Beyond
Living Peace Yoga 2/20 The Boulevarde, Toronto, New South Wales, Australia"Yoga Nidra" is a technique often used in yoga classes to induce deep body-mind relaxation. However, this practice provides so much more than just relaxation. Its ultimate goal is to increase self-awareness, to eliminate old habitual patterns and potentially, experiencing states of higher consciousness.
In this workshop, we will spend time practising the techniques that uncover this deep relaxation and the state of ease in mind and body. We will study the philosophy behind Yoga Nidra and we will explore the sub-conscious mind that Yoga Nidra unveils.
