* Learn techniques, including yoga postures, to relieve back painThe workshop is being led by Sanjay Patel and Ginny Clarke.
Sanjay is an experienced chiropractor who specializes in spine conditions, and he will share a presentation and practical information about the spine. Ginny Clarke is a devoted yoga teacher and yoga therapist and she will lead you through a yoga class specifically designed for back pain.
Not only will you leave the workshop with a strong and supple spine, but you will be provided with simple and effective exercises you can use at home to continue the healing process.
Yoga experience is not necessary. You’ll learn everything you need on the day.
