Kirra Haynes
Kirra was fortunate to be introduced to Yoga at young age by her Pop. She delved into the postures, meditation and yogic philosophy on and off for over 20 years however it wasn’t until she began her teacher training with Living Peace Yoga in 2023 that the depth of Yoga truly and authentically started to flow through her.
When not teaching, Kirra works in disability where she also shares her passion of Yoga with her clients. It brings her great joy to create classes that are accessible to every body. Kirra aims to encourage her students to let go of any preconceived ideas of what their body should be doing in a posture and rather feel into each pose to increase awareness, focus the mind, connect with the breath and ultimately find a sense of acceptance with the present moment.
With a deep love for nature, she finds solace and inspiration in the natural world, often incorporating its beauty and wisdom into her teachings. Kirra seeks to take students on a journey that flows gently, is fun, freeing and provides strength and flexibility to the body and mind.
“Reconnecting to the true self through body, breath and mind… the Yogic path is one like no other.”
