Anxiety is the most common mental health condition in Australia. On average, 1 in 4 people will experience anxiety. Yoga therapy is an effective, complementary tool in the management of anxiety and stress. It helps to soothe the nervous system, reset the mind to bring clarity and calm, brings a sense of embodiment so that you can change the physical symptoms and provides techniques you can use throughout the day whenever you require a healthy dose of peace and balance.
