Yoga for Maturity and Wellbeing

A special 4 week course for those of a superior age. Let seniority be a priority!
This course will focus on our ability and personal responsibility to keep ourselves well and happy, and not simply treating an illness or putting up with the aging process.
The course will include:
- Discussion about common conditions as we age and how yoga can help cope with these conditions, such as Cardio vascular disease, cancer, chronic respiratory conditions, diabetes, arthritis.
- Reconnecting to the body and mind again, including adjusting to the natural changes in the body, finding physical and emotional contentment and dealing with stress, anxiety and depression.
- Explore tools and techniques to you find peace and joy in body and mind.
Much of the class will be done on a chair, therefore no previous yoga experience is required. Modifications and variations will be provided to suit your requirements and current health conditions.
Cost : $80
